On some rare occasions, attachments fail to load to our servers. This is commonly due to network connectivity problems that you may be experiencing. Unfortunately, when this happens we no longer have access to that resource. The solution is to delete the reference to the attachment in your module, attempt to re-upload it, and then re-export your module to PDF.
